Why Jesus came into the world? (part 3)

"This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief." (1 Tim. 1:15)

Not only does God give us an answer that is trustworthy, but it is also "worthy of all acceptation," this means that it is worthy to be embraced by all. It is worthy of our complete acceptance. It is a fascinating thought that every genuine born again believer, believes the same thing regarding Salvation. Many Christians are divided as far as certain doctrines, but everyone who is going to Heaven, believes the same thing that Jesus Christ is Lord, that He is the Eternal Son of God, that He is our vicarious substitute on the cross, that His precious, incorruptible blood is divine in nature and that it’s shedding is the reason our sins are remitted. Every born again believer knows that all our credentials are insufficient to get us to Heaven. Every true Christian knows that repentance of sin and self and unreserved trust in Christ alone are the only means to Salvation. We are saved because our Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross for us and rose again from the grave. Christians may be divided on many core doctrines, but one doctrine no one can be divided on and anticipate the joys of Heaven revolve around the person and work of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This is worthy of all acceptation. Praise God, He came to save sinners.
